Dave's 1973 Blown 528" HEMI Duster

I began this project back in March, 1997, with a vision of turning a plain Jane Duster into a head turning, streetable Pro Street machine capable of turning 10 second 1/4 mile times. Although my project met every goal I had initially set, I wanted more. So, I sold the 440, and started building what many acknowledge as the baddest production engine ever produced, a Chrysler Hemi. Not to leave well enough alone, I bored and stroked it to 528 cubic inches, and topped it off with a BDS 8-71 supercharger and a pair of Quick Fuel Holley 1050 blower Dominators. Blown to the bone, baby!

UPDATE:.....My once bright yellow Duster is now BACK IN BLACK! Click the button below to see pics of the new paint job!
